Pumpkin Yogurt Recipe
Making your own pumpkin treat can be as simple as mixing yogurt and pumpkin puree together. This pumpkin yogurt recipe is so easy to make and will satisfy those pumpkin cravings!
This recipe is adapted from what my mom (& owner of farragio) used to make for us as a quick dessert. With just a few ingredients, it’s a must-make for any family.

Ingredients In Pumpkin Yogurt
1/3 cup of Pumpkin puree – not pumpkin pie filling, unless you want a decadent treat 😉
1/3 cup of Plain greek yogurt (use my IP yogurt recipe!)
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp of cinnamon (or pumpkin spice)
1 Tablespoon chocolate chips
How to Make
This recipe is very easy to make. You simply combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. You can choose to mix the chocolate chips into the yogurt or sprinkle them on top. I like to top with a dollop of whipped cream for extra goodness!
Customize This Recipe
There are several ways you can customize this recipe to your liking. You might lessen the amount of pumpkin puree a little so the texture is a thick yogurt. Another option is to sweeten with honey or brown sugar.
You can mix in pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, pecans, or any other mixes that fit your sweet tooth as well. There are endless ways to make this your own.

Pumpkin Yogurt
This pumpkin yogurt recipe is so easy to make and healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of Pumpkin puree - not pumpkin pie filling, unless you want a decadent treat 😉
- 1/3 cup of Plain greek yogurt (I use 2% but you can use any)
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon (or pumpkin spice)
- 1 Tablespoon chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl
- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
- The nutritional facts are based on 2% greek yogurt. You can use any yogurt you prefer.
- Use pumpkin spice in place of cinnamon for an extra kick.
- Top with pecans, granola, or any other toppings you enjoy.

I’ve never heard of pumpkin yogurt before but I’m going to try it! Maybe I can even get the kids to eat more yogurt!!
This is so delicious looking. My kids are huge lovers of yogurt, but not greek yogurt so this would be PERFECT to help them get past the tart taste of greek yogurt. Plus, I love that I can control the sugar amount!
